The glow Lifegroups are small groups for teens and a central component of glow Youth. The groups are divided by gender and age and are accompanied by a leader. They are used for sharing, encouragement and deal with important topics of the Christian faith. The teenagers should be equipped in their groups to deal with the joys and challenges of this phase of life.
If participation in the teens' blessing (similar to confirmation) towards the end of year 9 is desired, compulsory participation in a glow Lifegroup in years 8 and 9 is obligatory.
